We strive for high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control.

The device operates on a subscription model with three tiers: Starter, Basic, and Pro. Features and support levels vary by plan.
Your subscription will be activated only after successful payment confirmation. The service remains valid for the selected duration from the activation date.
Users must renew their subscription before the expiry date to continue using all features without interruption. We recommend renewing at least 7 days before expiry to avoid service disruption.
All payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of verified technical failure from our end that prevents basic functionality. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of subscription activation.
The RFAttend device should be used only for legitimate attendance management purposes. Any misuse, including but not limited to unauthorized access, data manipulation, or commercial resale without permission may lead to immediate suspension of services.
Hardware warranty (if applicable) covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage due to mishandling, improper installation, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications. The warranty period is specified at the time of purchase.
